What I have learnt in the Financial Entrepreneur Bootcamp…..

I was given an opportunity to share my great entrepreneurial journey and it was great to share it with the young and dynamic participants.

Sharing in Action

I participated in all the activities in the bootcamp itself. One of the greatest games ever – the bankruptcy game. We were told to use our own intelligence to look for money in the mall, given a condition that we can’t tell anyone we were playing a game. By the end of the game, the group who earns the most would be the winner.

This is the second time I’m playing it, but this time I did whatever it takes to win the game; unlike I held back the first time. I have learnt to become a leader in the bankruptcy game. I learnt to identify each teammate’s strengths and weaknesses and how to segregate tasks accordingly. Our team applied the ultimate success strategies that we have learnt in the earlier session. I was blessed and lucky to have such corporative teammates, we set our goal for the day; we brainstorm for strategies to use and I analyse which is the best options; eventually make the decision for the team.  Last but not least, ACTION!!

Team work is very important among members. Without it, I don’t think we will be able to achieve the target that we set earlier. Congratulation team!!

In entrepreneurship, one must have an ultimate success strategy in order to be successful. One must set the S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) Goal, apply the best strategy and take the right action.
