What I learnt from Ernie Chen …..

Who is Ernie Chen? What is so special about him? Why everyone wants to talk to him?

My answer (thought):

I don’t know who Ernie Chen is. Not my business to get to know him. Why should I talk to him like everyone else does?

Ernie Chen was an arrogant man to me when the first time I met him during squash session. Just don’t like the way he talks, too aggressive. Although I do not like him, I am still listen to his sharing every time we met in The Club and his interviews by Traxx fm.

By chance (Thanks to social media), I am able to invite Ernie to one of my company’s seminar. There is HOW the learning path begins.

1st lesson learned:

If you think you worked hard, work HARDER!

When you have the time to think you have worked hard, which mean you are not fully utilized your time yet. Therefore, work HARDER!

2nd lesson learned:

Be Focus on what you want to achieve in live NOT on how arrogant the person is to you!

Must be clear on what you want to achieve and leverage on the resources you have regardless of how irritated or arrogant the person is to you. No one is perfect in this world; learn to acknowledge other’s strength.

Fantastically, he knew that I don’t like him because of his arrogant. Although he knew that, he still did sharing with me; this is why I saluted him so much.

THANK YOU ERNIE!!
